The already large tapir collection is expanding FederateThe Milanese rapper is once again the unfortunate guest of Strip the newswho chose to offer him a special Tapir, dedicated to his recent – and highly publicized – dispute with trapper Tony Effe. A tribute that Federico Lucia welcomed with kindness, at least in appearance.
Curly Tapir for Fedez
In the episode of Strip the news broadcast on Tuesday, September 24, before the start of a new evening in the company of Temptation Island, Valério Staffelli he wonders if the discord between Fedez and Tony Effe is not, in reality, a simple marketing operation. And, with this doubt, he returns to Chiara Ferragni’s ex-husband to offer him another Golden Tapir, the thirteenth for the rapper, but with something different from usual.
In honor of the musical feuds that have populated social media in recent weeks, IThe Tapiro – 13 for Fedez – is adorned with dark curlsjust like the ones worn by Tony Effe. “Congratulations, your reviews have helped your album reach the top of the charts,” Staffelli comments as he hands over the statuette. Fedez replies: “I don’t have to explain anything, but the Tapir’s curls are really beautiful.” And when the correspondent asks him if he feels like a “bad” rapper, Federico Lucia replies: “Actually, I’m a potato. A dick, yes.”
Discord with Tony Effe
It all started on September 17, when Tony Effe – whom we listened to several times this summer in a duet with Gaia in Sex and Samba – posted a video in which, rapping in the best possible way, he clearly mocked (to use a euphemism) Fedez, with verses of this nature:
You have to be careful what you say. Come on, come on, Chiara says she adores me.
(…)
Your drink tastes better. I drank it and it disgusts me.
Look at me, I’m beautiful. You do charity but remain a slimeball.
Fedez took a while to respond and arrived on the battlefield with the song The Difficult Childhood of a Rich Man (referring to an interview with Tony in which he complained about his meager pocket money of around 100 euros per week). We’re certainly not talking about Eminem bars, but dissensions have increased considerably with lines like:
You wrote to my wife while you were hugging me. I call people like you vile.
And while Chiara Ferragni asked to be excluded from the fight, Fedez wasted no time and, taking advantage of the media hype, launched his new song. An intimate rap with the title Collective hallucinationundeniably dedicated to his ex-wife, both missed and insulted. The focus had thus shifted from the brawl between rappers to the confrontation between ex-spouses. But it was not over yet.
Even Tony Effe later dedicated a song to Chiara, attacking his Milanese rival even more:
You don’t leave a mother alone (…) She stayed by your side during your illness, and when she needed you you ran away.
You had kids just to post them, who knows what they’ll think when you grow up. You suck, you’re a disgrace.
And yesbut let’s hope this is really the last chapter.
